FAQ

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our garments are made in New York City.

Q: What size am I?
A: Our size chart serves as a helpful guideline for how our clothing compares to traditional sizes. If you have a question about the fit of a specific style, please reach out to us at customerservice@secondsight.nyc.

Q: How do I care for my Second Sight piece?
A: Each of our garments comes with a detailed care label sewn into it with instructions on how to maintain the quality of your Second Sight piece.

Q: The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting in more?
A: Our editions are limited in nature so that our community can have special, unique pieces. To ensure we can deliver on this promise, we do not restock them once they have sold out. If you see an item that you wish you could have bought, let us know! We might make something similar in a later collection.

Q: What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
A: We’re sorry! Please send us an email at customerservice@secondsight.nyc or call 2122192979 with specific details and shipment info and we will happily assist you.

Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00PM EST are processed and shipped the same day once payment and delivery details are approved. Orders received after 12:00PM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday. We ship via USPS for domestic orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Second Sight is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control.

US Rates

Ground (1-7 Business Days): $10

NYC clients

New York State sales tax (8.875%) is only collected on orders within New York.

Insurance

All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Second Sight to your shipping address. Once the package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

Returns

All returns are free.

Domestic orders are eligible for refund, exchange, or online store credit if return is initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria. 

Please allow three to five business days for refunds to process once we receive the return.

Procedure

To initiate the return process, complete and include the return form and affix the prepaid shipping label to your package. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit. Second Sight is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Second Sight is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
